The PanCon system consists of reinforced concrete panels and steel columns for the walls instead of bricks. The speed with which we are able to erect the structure makes it a very cost effective method of construction.
It is not a DIY system. The technical nature of the product coupled to the requirement for third party accreditation of the system does not allow for the buildings to be erected without certified supervision. A representative of Msika Holdings would need to be present during the construction phase of the project. In rural areas we recommend the use of inhabitants of the area so as to provide jobs for locals. This is possible because the panels can be erected using unskilled labour.
PanCon structures are permanent and should not be confused with dry-walling or other temporary structures.
Yes, we have all the necessary certification to build such structures.The only difference is that our walls consist of steel columns combined with steel reinforced concrete panels.
